This is the required 150 hours to become a licensed broker in the state of Louisiana. This package includes three courses:
Real Estate 201 - 90 Hour Pre-License - classroom
Real Estate 202 - Louisiana Laws & Rules - online
Real Estate 203 - Broker Responsibilities - online

In order to accommodate your busy schedule, we offer real estate courses in a variety of scheduling formats to increase convenience and help you fit your real estate education into your lifestyle. This includes full daytime classes, part-time day classes, and evening classes at many of our campus locations.
Our course options also include a convenient combination course consisting of Classroom Learning and Internet Learning together for maximum flexibility. In other words, we combine all of the resources available to us here at Donaldson to ensure you receive a top-quality education and the necessary tools to pass your real estate exam!
We also offer live classes where you can complete all 90 hours of education as required by law in the classroom with our award-winning instructors. The options are many, the choice is up to you!
