This course serves Louisiana licensees as an overview of updates and related information concerning mandatory forms used in the practice of real estate. In addition, course attendees will review buyer brokerage agreements as well as any related developments regarding the industry and their use.
Attendees will also receive a cursory review of various topics involving technology and fraud awareness, such as ethical concerns and risk mitigation.
This course satisfies the mandatory 4 hours required by the LREC for Louisiana licensees due for license renewal in 2026.
