Details About This Course:
This course serves Louisiana licensees as an overview of updates and related information concerning mandatory forms used in the practice of real estate. In addition, course attendees will review buyer brokerage agreements as well as any related developments regarding the industry and their use.
Attendees will also receive a cursory review of various topics involving technology and fraud awareness, such as ethical concerns and risk mitigation.
This course satisfies the mandatory 4 hours required by the LREC for Louisiana BROKER licensees due for license renewal in 2026.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BROKERS MUST COMPLETE BOTH 2026 MANDATORY COURSES FOR RENEWAL!
This is the 2026 broker mandatory course for the LREC.
If you have a broker's license in Lousiana, you will need to complete BOTH mandatory courses as a part of your 12 hours of continuing education in order to renew your license.
This course is an online self-study course accessible at your convenience. There are no required course meetings with an instructor, all work can be completed online at your own pace.
