In this course, attendees will gain valuable industry knowledge about key concepts which involve the practice of real estate. Included in these concepts are fundamentals related to flood and homeowner’s insurance, as well as important factors and case studies involving professional errors and omissions insurance. Finally, attendees will learn about important purchase agreement updates and associated timelines which will assist real estate professionals in better understanding the contracts which directly affect their clients and the public.
In this course, attendees will be provided a substantial refresh in several important areas of study which will assist in providing a better service to the public along with improved understanding of industry fundamentals. This course will provide an excellent understanding of the fundamental concepts behind flood and homeowners insurance. In addition, furthering knowledge of an agent's errors & omissions insurance will be included as a part of this course. Finally, relevant information on timelines and related concepts will be covered regarding real estate contracts.
