This course meets your NMLS requirements to apply for a mortgage license in Louisiana as well as the core requirements for an applicant in any state!*
All mortgage license applicants must meet a federal requirement requiring mortgage loan originators (MLOs)to complete a pre-license education course. In order to meet this requirement, all state-licensed MLOs must complete 20 hours of NMLS-approved education which includes the following:
- Three hours on Federal law and regulations
- Three hours of ethics
- Two hours related to lending standards for the nontraditional mortgage market
- Twelve hours of undefined instruction on mortgage origination
DONALDSON'S Mortgage Pre-License Course meets the 20 hour core requirement to apply for a mortgage license and take the national component of the SAFE exam.
This course session is offered in an exciting LIVE CLASSROOM format with a member of our team of experienced mortgage instructors.
