This course is based on the Realtor® Code of Ethics and is designed as a continuing education course which will also refresh Realtor® members with their rights and responsibilities under the Code.
All REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of at least 2.5 hours every three years. The current cycle runs from March 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024.
This online course qualifies for 4 hours of continuing education credit in Louisiana. (other states pending) In addition, most Realtor® Boards will accept completion of this course to satisfy the Biennial Ethics requirement for members.
